Which channels can I receive?

Where should I place the indoor antenna?
Start with a higher indoor spot or a position near a window. Keep it away from large metal objects. Test a couple of positions and rescan to compare reception before securing it.
Do I need an outdoor mount or installer?
This model is designed for indoor use. Connect it to a compatible TV, power the booster and run a channel scan. Follow the supplied instructions if you choose to use the included mounting hardware.
Will it work with my TV?
Yes, if your TV has an antenna/coax input and a compatible digital tuner. Smart or non-smart, it connects through that antenna input. A display without a compatible tuner needs a separate digital tuner. No Wi-Fi or app is required for over-the-air TV.
Can I connect more than one TV?
One antenna connected directly to each TV is the simplest independent setup. Sharing an antenna between multiple TVs may require extra distribution equipment and can reduce signal strength.
What does the signal booster do?
It amplifies the signal received by the antenna and can help compensate for loss along the connection to your TV. It needs power and cannot create broadcasts that are unavailable at your location.
Do I need Wi-Fi or a subscription?
No. Available over-the-air local broadcasts are free to watch with a compatible TV and antenna. You do not need Wi-Fi, an app, a viewing account or a monthly InstaBeam subscription.
Does this replace every cable or streaming channel?

Why do I need to scan for channels?
Your TV scans its antenna input to find and save the channels it can receive. Select Antenna or Air, rather than Cable, and run an automatic scan. Rescan after changing antenna placement or direction.
Will I receive every station in the Channel Finder?
The finder shows nearby station information to help you plan. Reception also depends on your exact address, terrain, trees, building materials, antenna position and broadcast conditions. Mapped stations are not a guaranteed channel count.
Will my channels be in HD?
Picture quality depends on the local station, broadcast and TV/tuner. Many local stations broadcast HD programming. The antenna does not convert a lower-resolution broadcast into HD or 4K.
