Orders are typically shipped Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.

Once dispatched, most orders are delivered within approximately 1–3 business days, for a typical total delivery time of 2–5 business days from order placement, depending on the customer's location, carrier conditions, and shipping method selected at checkout.

Please note:

  • Orders placed after business hours may begin processing the following business day.
  • During periods of high order volume, promotions, holidays, or severe weather events, processing and delivery times may be slightly extended.
  • Certain orders may require additional verification for fraud prevention and security purposes.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.

Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to appear after the carrier receives the package.

If you do not receive tracking information within a reasonable timeframe, please contact our support team for assistance.

InstaBeam TV is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us as quickly as possible. While we will do our best to assist, we cannot guarantee modifications can be made once an order has entered processing.


Exchanges

If you receive a defective item or experience a verified product issue, we may offer an exchange for the same product model, subject to review and product availability.

Undeliverable Packages

Packages returned to us as undeliverable due to incorrect addresses, failed delivery attempts, or refusal of delivery may be subject to additional shipping charges.

If a returned package is received back at our facility, we will contact the customer regarding reshipment options.

Damaged Shipments
