TV antenna performance can be affected by distance from local broadcast towers, terrain and elevation, nearby buildings, trees and other obstructions, building materials, antenna placement, height and direction, installation quality, cable length, signal amplification, weather, environmental interference, and the broadcasts available in your area.
Because every location is different, channel availability, signal strength, and picture quality will vary.
Channel Availability
We cannot guarantee reception of any specific channel, station, or television network.
The channels available to you depend on local broadcasters, your distance from their towers, surrounding conditions, and how the antenna is installed and positioned.
A channel available in one home may not be available in another home, even within the same city.
Range Estimates
Any advertised range or mileage figure is an estimate of potential reception under favorable conditions.
Range estimates are not a guarantee that an antenna will receive channels from that exact distance in every location. Terrain, buildings, interference, tower strength, antenna height, and installation can significantly affect actual performance.
Free Over-the-Air Television
InstaBeam TV antennas are designed to receive compatible free over-the-air television broadcasts available in your area.
They do not provide internet service, streaming subscriptions, premium cable channels, satellite programming, or encrypted or subscription-only broadcasts.
Streaming services and applications may require a separate internet connection, compatible device, and paid subscription.
Installation and Compatibility
Proper installation, positioning, and channel scanning are important for antenna performance.
Customers are responsible for confirming that their television or connected tuner supports over-the-air broadcasts and is compatible with the antenna.
After installing or repositioning an antenna, customers should perform a new channel scan through their television settings.

Experiencing a reception or setup issue does not always mean the antenna is defective.
Our support team can assist with antenna placement, positioning and direction, channel rescanning, basic troubleshooting, setup recommendations, and reception optimization.
We will make a reasonable effort to help customers get the best possible performance from their setup.
